  1. Return Policy

The Returns are only supported in case of Defective, Size mismatch, Color difference, Wrong delivery and Exceptional delays from our side.

  1. Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are permitted within 3 days of delivery after approval. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

  1. Exchange Procedure

To request a size exchange, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp along with your order information.
Upon approval, you will be provided with the return shipping address for which you need to return the product to us on your expense.
Once the product is received and clears quality inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched to you.

  1. Exchange

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for size exchanges. We strongly advise using a courier service with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following products are not eligible for size exchange:

  • Customized or modified items
  • Products purchased during sale events or promotional offers
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, or wear
